Brooks Law Firm, LLC focuses entirely in the area of employment and labor law. We represent employers in labor and employment matters, as well as individual executives, management officials, attorneys, and other professionals in employment matters. Founder, Lovic A. Brooks, III, has represented corporate clients and selected individuals throughout the United States for over a quarter of a century in a wide variety of labor and employment matters.
Our goal is to build and maintain long-term relationships with each employer we represent and aid them in all of their labor and employment related needs. Additionally, we represent individual executives, management officials, attorneys, and other professionals in employment matters involving all avenues of employment law including employment agreements, severance packages, and other employment related claims and disputes.

ATTORNEYS
Lovic A. Brooks, III
has 29 years of experience advising, counseling, guiding, and
representing companies of all sizes and in many different industries in
employment and labor matters.
He has handled litigation matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, several U.S. Courts of Appeal, and U.S. District Courts and state courts throughout the United States. Lovic has served as lead counsel in class actions with claims of race discrimination, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, age discrimination, and ERISA violations. He has handled several EEOC cases before the courts and the agency involving multiple claimants. His extensive employment litigation work has involved almost every conceivable type of employment claim available under federal and state law.
Lovic has been involved in some of the largest and most high profile union campaigns during his career. Lovic frequently writes and speaks on employment and labor law topics. Although much of his writings are for business and human resources periodicals, he also has been a contributing editor since 1988 to the American Bar Association’s publication, The Developing Labor Law.
Lovic is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1977. Lovic is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, and the American Bar Association. He is a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court. Lovic has an AV rating, the highest available, from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
